I delivered a baby girl in jidaf hospital on 6th October 2001. I was given only 1 copy of my daughter's birth certificate which is misplaced by her school..Iam Indian and I have returned to India. Request you to send me through your embassy another copy of her birth certificate. Name of child is Ms Rhea Suvarna
