Seven years ago, the founder of WebMe WLL was employed in the IT department of a group of companies. During a conference, a conversation with a woman highlighted the challenges her family faced due to an outsourced IT project. Her husband, a management-level professional at a medical company, experienced significant stress and health issues from managing a remote IT project plagued by cultural misunderstandings, timing conflicts, and quality concerns.

Motivated by the success stories of Bahraini business leaders and recognizing a market gap, the founder and their life partner, Sreehari, established Webme WLL. With initial support from the founder's husband, Webme WLL was created to provide innovative IT
