Al Sadiq Gas - Manama, Bahrain

Worst customer service!! How can a company run like this?? It’s always a nightmare for us to get gas refilled from them.

Sadiq Gas is the Worst gas company of bahrain. They are very rude to their customer. They charge me extra money twice for valve changing and didn't provide a receipt. Now when I asked them to deliver cylinder, they are asking money again for the same. So ultimately each time I asked for gas, they are charging me 4/5 bd extra.
And top of that super rude attitude.
Never experienced such a worst company in my life.

I never seen company like this company its very bad services and not answer my call when keep promising me to come now it's been two days till now not yet come . They keep promising me . I swear to god I would like to meet the oner k don't those people how they deal and control the company if they don't know. Batter for them to leave from our country and let other people replace them .
Please guys leave from here . And look for you other job . You are useless

I have the same issues and now planning to change , for sure they will be loosing customers like that . Any recommendations for better supplier for Budiya .

Poor customer service. Called them for a new cylinder. Their employee Answered the call very rudely and cut the call on my face.

Al Sadiq Gas employees un educated peoples, very very bad dealing with customer, even telephone.
Gas telephone operator or delivery man all are same bad behaviors.
you are not punctuality on delivery.... Booking then continues followup after 3, 4 days getting gas cylinder.
Im plan to change the service.
If you continue like, u will close the company very soon... so first educate your employees.

In Bahrain, no other worst gas agency like Sadiq Gas Agency. It is very very bad in service and in employees behavior too.
