I walked into The Mall at Millenia's Forever 21 in Orlando, Florida and the store was literally ON THE FLOOR. What I thought to be another person who worked there, was yelling at other employees. When I asked the employee who she was and why the store was on the floor, she said that it was her head manager. It was dirty and I continued to sneeze from the dust. The line was long and they had TWO cashiers. Never again.
