D Amour Beauty Saloon - Bahrain

I went for balayage and keratin for the September offer that they had advertised on Mums in Bahrain .
It was a horrible experience , seeing the salon i should have not gone in , but some how I Convinced myself , that may be their service is good . But after taking appointment also we had to wait for 2 hours . Also there is only one person doing the work . As a first time , I had no experince into coloring , I had gone for a balayage and keratin. After starting my balayage , mid way she panicked me saying ohhh, you hair has turned white , don't worry I will correct it . You dont have to pay extra , I will do toning and correct it . I had not raised any alarm till then, although scared at her words. After a wait of another hour she washed applied toning and then wait . My color was still horrid , but she kept convincing me that it is the way i want it .
After some time she started doing keratin , but since I have done keratin before , I knew she wasn't applying the application generously . After siting for more than half a day , i was too tired to even look at my hair . She ironed and i left .
I saw in the morning , that my internal hairs where still only bleached color , not at all balayage , NO even the cinnamon color I had asked for my black hair . In days even the keratin wearied off .
After confronting the boss in Chat , she just kept avoiding that maybe sue to lighting it is looking like that . No proper response from her as well. I felt extremely cheated, do not go for such treatment s to this salon .They are not equipped with staff , technique or equipments
