Question for Al Nabaa Commercial Services

Dear sir,
A friend of mine would like to collect her money back that she lent to a friend of hers. Both are Thai nationals. The total amount borrowed is BD 3000 and her friend still resides in Bahrain and keeps promising to pay next month and this has been going on for over a year now. There is no signed documents but there are a couple of witnesses. Her friend now ignores here calls and text messages.
She would like to know if you accept this personal case to collect her money bach and what fees to expect.
