Question for Al Taqadom Investment W.L.L.

We have invested over $69,000USD with the Al Salwa investment group in two increments. The first was a $28,500 registration fee and the 2nd amount of $35,800 was for a Special Purpose Vehicle fee setup as a clearinghouse for anti-money laundering schemes. How do we go about participating in recouping our money or filing a criminal complaint?
