Question for Deutsche Bank (Representative Office)

Sir,
What is the minimum balance required for EURO Current Account in Spain?.
The Maintenance Commission and Postage Costs are charged even if the minimum balance is kept in the account?
It is very difficult to contact the Spain Office. Are there any better options to contact them?
