Review of Gosi Commercial Complex

The new toilets are in theory an improvement on the old. However, there is never any toilet tissue, the pedal bins are broken and the water runs incessantly, rendering the flush ineffective. Two complaints have already been lodged over the last four months. Nothing has changed. Is ther nothing the management can do to remedy this situation?
