Review of Journeys world Holidays WLL

Journeys World is one of the most unprofessional travel agents in Bahrain and I regret having paid a sum of BD 140 for a ticket and Dubai visa on April 17th for travelling on April 21st. The company failed to obtain the visa on the travel date (it came 2 days after the travel date!!!) and misled me by assuring that the ticket could be adjusted to a future date at no extra charge.

After the travel date when I asked them to reschedule the flight for a future date they asked me for the price of a new ticket alleging that it was my fault that the ticket got delayed!

And the manager has absolutely no etiquette when communicating with customers. He stopped answering my phones after the travel date and I had to catch him by surprise by calling him from another number.

I intend to take legal steps against this unscrupulous agent to recover my money and would caution the public against availing their services.
