Review Delivery of gas tank

We requested your office on 21st oct to deliver a gas cylinder. We were promised that it will be delivered. We called him twice on ******** and he said he will deliver it late and he did not show up.This is not acceptable. Can you ask him why he is irresponsible. Kindly reply to me.
