Review Pathetic Service really frustrating

I am very sad to write a negative review. Unfortunately I have to do this in order for the owner or investor of Riya Gas to be aware about the frustration a customer has to face for entrusting the service this service.

I have booked a Gas cylinder 3 days back on Wednesday and the lady in the reception promised the delivery on Saturday (13-01-2018).When I called in the morning they said will be delivered by 12 pm in the afternoon. I have been waiting for this cylinder one full day. At last the lady who attended the call gave the drivers number and escaped from her commitment and responsibilities.

I called the driver and he answered (********) once after zillion attempts, and said will be delivered by evening. I patiently waited till evening 5 PM however he has not turned up. I again called in both the drivers number as well as in the office number ******** however nobody answered.

I searched the net and again got a number ******** .He answered just once and said will check and revert. Again I need to make multiple attempts to finally get an answer that the cylinder will not be delivered today.

Please understand the value of customers time. many of us would be postponing their other priorities for this, as cooking cylinder is an inevitable part of an house hold.

I don't know what is going to be next and when will they deliver.....but for the time being I want to highlight this to the management if in case they want to improve their service..Else we will be forced to try other service providers (which also we are not sure about the service). But I am sure that service of other providers will be better than this.

What Riya gas has shown was heights of irresponsibility which cannot be tolerated. At the end of the day if they cannot deliver they should have at least shown the courtesy to inform the customer or should have responded to customer's call.
