The worst ever customer service - Hidden rules in Banking
I came to bahrain since 2009 and since then i had account in standard chattered bank . I used to take personal loans and different credit cards .. i been maintain myself a good customer for bank and continue my relation until today ..

Now ... i got fedup with their worst ever customer sevices i have seen ever in this world .. They have very few branches in Bahrain with all services not available .. !! Most of their ATM dont work .. if it works you are lucky !

The all function branch is in Manama where no parking facilities provided and any selected services take minimum of an hour or more waiting .. !! When u wait look around , the employees are easiky roaming here and there as if they have jobs to do ! They take their sweet time to respond ,act and do their jobs .. i have asked one of them about the delay and his reply is every bank its the same .. and you have to wait !!

Be careful with their credit cards and dont believe what their representitives say .. i saw a charge or 30 bd in my account and while asked its annual fee of my card which they always said its free and no annual fees will charge .!

I advice none should select this bank for any reason .. unless u want to pay for some crook crap services !!
